Amazing projects need amazing hands. We might not know you just yet, but we think you'd be a great fit for building a better web. Here at Phalcon, we want to give you an amazing performance while helping you develop in an easy and fun way.
We always welcome your collaboration and help! You do not need to know C to help. v6 is pure PHP, and the docs and tests need hands too. Here is where you can start:
Phalcon has three main repositories: cphalcon (v5, written in Zephir), phalcon (v6, pure PHP) and Zephir, the language of v5.
No software is free of bugs. If you find one, please tell us. Unit tests are never enough: help us improve the test suite by adding tests or improving the current ones. Every added test makes the framework more stable.
The source of the documentation is on GitHub. We always appreciate corrections, additions and enhancements: clone the repository and open a pull request!
Many developers still do not know that Phalcon exists or how it can help them. If you give a talk about Phalcon at a PHP event, you have our full support.
Our blog is open to tutorials that you write, and we share posts from your own blog on our social networks. Screencasts are welcome too: see our YouTube channel.
Tell the community how Phalcon helps you: what worked, what needed extra work, and what you want next. Your input on new features helps us shape the future of the project.
Sample applications help others to learn. Share your repositories, and send success stories to [email protected].
We are a tiny but effective core team of volunteers. Donations and sponsorships give the project more time: more improvements, better support and more features. Become a sponsor →
Thank you!
We would like to thank all of our contributors and members of the community for pushing us to make Phalcon the best framework of its kind. Your kind words and engagement is what drives us to do better. We hope to meet and exceed the trust you put in Phalcon.
Thanks for flying with Phalcon! <3
